Markus Haubold is a trained mechatronics engineer and has completed further training to become a state-certified mechatronics technician. Following this further training, he worked as a software developer for semi- and fully-automated production systems in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. In order to deepen his knowledge in the field of IT and to open up the subject areas of web and mobile development, he completed a dual course of study in media informatics from 2021-2024 at Duale Hochschule Sachsen. During the practical phases of his studies, he worked on the front- and backend development of websites for global companies in the music and sports industry. After graduating, he joined the robotics group of the Deutsche Telekom Professorship for Communication Networks at the Dresden University of Technology (TUD) and has since been working on the integration of cobots and industrial robots into a multirobot-path-planning system.
