Curriculum Vitae

Kerim Moral is a Mechatronics Engineer currently pursuing his PhD at ComNets, TU Dresden, since 2026. He earned his Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering in 2023 from Istanbul Technical University and his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering in 2019 from Uludağ University. He specializes in aerial robotics, SLAM, embedded programming, and modeling and simulation.

He has worked as a Control and Simulation Engineer at MR Aviation Technology (2021–2022, 2023–2025) and co-founded Starling Robotics (2022–2023). Kerim has received awards like the ELECO 2022 Best Student Paper Award and TÜBİTAK UAV competition prizes.

His publications include a 2024 journal article on modular multi-drone systems. Fluent in English and with basic German, he is passionate about robotics and advanced engineering applications.
