Shivam Maheshwari is a Ph.D. Researcher in the Deutsche Telekom Chair of Communication Networks and a team member in The Quantum Communication Networks Research Group. He did his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics from Jamia Millia Islamia (New Delhi, India) in 2019. Afterward, he pursued a Master of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (India) in 2022. During his master’s, he did practical work on entanglement generation. Further, he also worked on generating random numbers from data extracted from quantum optical experiments and checking their randomness.
