PhD Researcher
Sonai Biswas is a PhD researcher at the Deutsche Telekom Chair of Communication Networks, TU Dresden. He finished integrated BS-MS from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata in 2022. He did his master’s thesis on “Investigating Realizability of Dense Coding Using Single Particle” at Bose Institute, Kolkata.
During his master’s study he also worked as an intern in IT giant TCS in the field of quantum machine learning (variational algorithms) and also presented a poster on this work at QTML 2021. He also worked as an intern at Ericsson as an intern in the field of quantum computing for decoding large polar codes.
His current research focus is in the link layer design and functionalities of future generation quantum-classical hybrid link layer architecture.
