PhD Researcher
Sarah Irum is a PhD student at the Deutsche Telekom Chair of Communication Networks at TU Dresden. She has been working as a researcher with Acticom Gmbh, Berlin, Germany since November 2017. She has obtained her Masters’ degree from National University of Computers and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad, Pakistan in 2012. During the masters, she published 2 journal papers in the field of security in Wireless Body Area Networks, and Ubiquitous Computing. She has served as a Lecturer in COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan from 2013 to 2017. She has also worked as a researcher in Interactive Group, Islamabad, Pakistan and published 2 conference papers in the field of Automated Fingerprint Identification System. Her current research interests include Mobile edge clouds, Software Defined Networks, and Network Function Virtualization.
